Salt lake’s leadership shapes (conditions) them, then forges (excites them to strong and barely-controllable emotion, then beating or hammering) priesthood authorities with the might (great and impressive power or strength) of its army (organized military fighting-force) of willing and enthusiastic local-leaders (presiding Melchizedek high-priests; bishops; stake presidents) . However, se men are all famished (extremely-hungry; unfed; starving; empty; ravenous). There is no spiritual-substance (character; mettle; backbone) in them, because they do not drink-of “living -waters” (God’s spirit) so they are utterly exhausted (completely used-up of resources and reserves).
* tools – Men with a hugely over-inflated egos, who, in an attempt to get un-due attention for himself, acts like a jackass, because, in his deluded state, he thinks it’s going to make him look powerful or make others want to be like him. These men may even insincerely apologize later on, but only in an attempt to get more attention, or to excuse theirhis blatantly intentional, and unrepentantly tool-ish behavior.
