Reading Isaiah’s Mind – Chapter 33 – verses 13 – 24

think
You must Ponder, contemplate what Jehovah issaying and doing!

13. All of you  aloof (unresponsive; apathetic; unconcerned; haughty) Salt Lake General Authorities, as well as the men called (appointed) as their counselors….You must consider (think about ; contemplate)  what  Jehovah, the God of Israel is saying and doing!

.

.

.

.

14. Presiding priesthood leaders and their co-conspirators,  who’ve committed grievous sins,  are startled ( shaken; caught-off-guard; alarmed)  by what Jehovah is doing. Trembling (shaking; shuddering; quivering) grips these godless men,  who’ve profaned (corrupted; degraded; polluted) themselves, in the face (in the presense) of Israel’s God. Any one of them who has turned-aside (chnged course;  left the path; gotten off-track  ) regarding this generation of Israel’s peopl (rank and file Mormons) is consumed (eaten -up; obsessed) by the fire (spirit)  of greed (covetousness). Whosoever turns-off-the-path (changes course) to fight against this  generation of Israel’s people (rank and file Mormon people) will turn into fuel for that fire.

.

.

you're fired
Salt Lake’s false prophets need to be are fired!

15.  Walk (live) and speak righteousness (what-is-right; beneficence) because Mormon General Authorities,  who govern Israel’s priests,  are rejected (held-in-contempt)  by Jehovah because of their  oppression (fraud;  unjust-gains). This generation of Mormon aristocracy (ruling-class) in Salt Lake City,  holds this generation of Israel’s people in its hands in order to pervert (corrupt; bastardize; adulterate) Israel’s people (rank and file Mormons  with bribes (gifts; inducements; hush-money; protection),  so they can shut-you-up (close-your-mouth; silence you).  Listen (pay attention) to reports (rumors; stories; personal testimonies; accounts) of their bloodshed (murders they’ve committed; lives they’ve destroyed)  while shutting-the-eyes (blinding the eyes) of Israel’s people (rank and file Mormons) from recognizing (seeing; perceiving; acknowledging) the emergence  (development; appearance) of evil (wickedness; wrongdoing) at LDS Church headquarters in Salt Lake City.

hero
They revel in making  themselves lofty (awe-inspiring; towering; eye-catching; striking; grandiose) in order to impart (communicate; spread; convey; transmit) confusion (misrepresentation; mix-up; bewilderment) to this generation of Israel’s people (rank and file Mormons).

16.  Evil exists because of men who fraudulently lift-themselves-up  (exalt themselves) as Israel’s kings. It occurs because of the desolation (God-forsakenness) in their refuge (Rocky-Mountain-headquarters; citadel; fortress; sanctuary; holy-place). They revel in making  themselves lofty (awe-inspiring; towering; eye-catching; striking; grandiose) in order to impart (communicate; spread; convey; transmit) confusion (misrepresentation; mix-up; bewilderment) to this generation of Israel’s people (rank and file Mormons) who they intend to subjugate .

.

.

.

haughty
Salt Lake’s haughty priesthood leaders are remote (unapproachable; indifferent; haughty; stand-offish) because they are fearful, angry and paranoid. They know that if they enjoy an honest (close) relationship with Israel’s people, they will be detected as frauds. Aloofness preserves their pretense.

17. They subjugate Israel’s people so they can reign over them as kings and “Prophets of Men”. They long to be looked upon with awe (reverence) by Israel’s people (rank and file Mormons).  Israel’s people’s eyes (seers) can see (recognize;identify) a generation of Salt Lake prophets and apostles, who are strangely remote (unapproachable; indifferent; haughty; stand-offish) toward Israel’s people (rank and file Mormons).

settling a score
To settle a score means: to punish someone because they have done something to hurt you in the past. The leader (presidency) of Salt Lake’s prophets and apostles seek to get-even  (even the score against; exact retribution; take reprisals;  retaliate against; settle a score against) Israel’s people (rank and file Mormons).

18. They murmur (whisper; complain among themselves; grumble) about Israel’s heart (will and purpose).  The leader (president) of Salt Lake’s prophets seeks to get-even  (even the score against; exact retribution; take reprisals;  retaliate against; settle a score against) Israel’s people (rank and file Mormon people).  The First presidency of the Mormon Church strives to suspend (exclude; shut-out; blackball; reject; unseat; disbar) Israel’s people (rank and file Mormon people) from leading their own people . The preoccupation of Salt Lake’s prophets is to supplant (supercede; replace; displace; take-over-from; substitute; override) Israel’s people (rank and file Mormon people) with a vantage-point (point of view) that is clear (free of objections; unrestricted; unobstructed; unhindered)  pretending to be Israel’s prophets.

whited
The term “whited-sepulchres” refers to hypocrites; frauds and Pharisees who whitewash themselves and their actions. They look good on the outside, but dead and decayed on the inside.

19. Having in mind this greedy generation of Salt Lake’s people –  a people who would never be suspected as a race of men who offer nothing but lip-service (Pharisees; hypocrites; whited-sepulchres; dissemblers).  They covet being renowned (famous; celebrated; highly-esteemed) in this life, though they are “Good-for-Nothing”(lazy and useless) . This generation of Salt Lake’s priesthood leadership mocks (mimics; apes; imitates; mimics; lampoons) Israel’s worship of Jehovah,  then they cast-a-spell-upon (charm; enchant; curse; bewitch; beguile; enthrall) Israel’s people (rank and file Mormons) to force them into compliance (obedience).  Consequently, Israel’s people (rank and file Mormon people) are  no-longer capable of distinguishing the difference between  Jehovah’s prophets  and Salt Lake’s counterfeits.

.

old testament
In your imagination (mind’s eye), you visualize Old Testament prophets, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob Joseph Enoch, Daniel and Isaiah resting (feeling at home) in Salt Lake’s tent (temple), but actually, Old Testament prophets are not welcome in Salt Lake’s tent (temple).

20. Gaze-at (contemplate; think-carefully)  for a moment,  about Salt Lake’s version (conception; variant; representation)  of Zion. They speak of their Temple assemblies (ceremonies; observances; activities) In your imagination (mind; minds-eye)  you visualize (see; picture) Jerusalem’s Ancient Prophets (Abraham, Issac, Jacob, Joseph, Enoch, Daniel,  Isaiah, etc. ) resting ( being-satisfied; feeling-at-home; feeling-comfortable) in Salt Lake’s tent (temple), but Old Testament prophets are not welcome in Salt Lake’s tent.    These Salt Lake prophets and apostles correct (rectify; remedy;  chasten) nothing and no-one. They firmly fix (fasten-tightly; bind-together) this generation of Israel’s people (rank and file Mormons),  so they can become-guardians (gain-custody-of; assume parental responsibilities-for) Jehovah’s temple (house; family) and proliferate (multiply) unbreakable (indestructable; invulnerable; everlasting) cords (commitments and ordinances) binding-up this generation of Israel’s people.

.

vessels carrying a scourge
Salt Lake’s prophets and apostles are vessels bringing a scourge (plague; bane; curse; menace) to Israel’s people (rank and file Mormons).

21. Indeed (as a matter of fact) , Lo and behold (a new turn of events, although surprising, it could in fact have been predicted), the name (authority) of Jehovah according to this generation of Salt Lake’s presiding priesthood leaders, standing-up (arising) to bring light (revelation; intelligence) to Israel’s people (rank and file Mormon people). Their channels (mediums; instruments; agents; vehicles) are magnified (glorified; extolled) by their own hand (authority) without God’s involvement. They are nothing but vessels (conveying; transporting; carrying; transferring; delivering; conveying) scourge (bane; curse; menace; evil; misfortune) and mighty-“desolation-dwellers”, who will never spare (pardon; forgive; reprieve; be-lenient-on;  free; pass-over) this generation of Israel’s people (rank and file Mormons).

savior 1
Jehovah is the King of this generation of Israel’s people. He is the savior (redeemer; deliverer; liberator; rescuer) of this generation of Israel’s people (rank and file Mormons).

22. Indeed (in fact), Jehovah is the one who will judge this generation of Israel’s people and Jehovah is the one who gives the law to this generation of Israel’s people. Jehovah is the King of this generation of Israel’s people. He is the savior (redeemer; deliverer; liberator; rescuer) of this generation of Israel’s people (rank and file Mormons) .

riggings
Cast off the riggings that are binding you to Salt Lake’s vessels

23.  Let-go-of (drop; abandon; cast-off; leave-behind) the riggings (regulation; commands; restraints; rules; controls) with which this generation of Salt Lake’s priesthood leadership is binding-you (holding you; obligating-you) . Their mast (upright-post; ideal; example;pattern;  ) is not secure (fixed or fastened so as not to give way, become loose, or be lost) and their sails are scarcely unfurled (open to the wind (spirit-of-God) at this time.  Because there’s an abundance (a-very large quantity) of booty (plunder; loot; stolen-goods; ill-gotten-gains) so they are beside-themselves (practically out of their right-minds) with excitement and have temporarily forgotten-about (paying-no-attention-to; careless-about) Israelites (rank and file Mormons) who they’ve already captured as  prey (spoil; booty; plunder).

.

.

excitement
Salt Lake’s priesthood leaders are so beside themselves with excitement about their abundance of ill-gotten-gains that none of them dares to say, “I am stricken with a guilty conscience because the prophets  reigning like kings in Salt Lake City are leading Israel’s-people (rank and file Mormons) into religious-perversion.”

24. So, none of them dares (is brave enough; has the courage; has the nerve; sticks his neck-out)  to say to the Lord’s people who they’ve already taken-in (deceived; captured; captivated; hoodwinked), “I am heavily-laden with a guilty conscience because the prophets  reigning like kings in Salt Lake City are leading Israel’ people (rank and file Mormons) into perversion.”
