Ye men call yourselves Israelites, ye Salt Lake seed (offspring) who enjoy proclaiming (identifying; referring to; celebrating) yourselves by the “Honorific” (title; appellation; moniker) “Israel” (“Those who are upright in the eyes of God”) and they want you (everyone) to think (believe; suppose) that they descend from the waters (bloodline; ancestry) of Judah (“praise and thanksgiving to Jehovah”).
You are promulgating (spreading; promoting) the continuation of an apostate Oath and Covenant, by ascribing (attaching; assigning) the name (character; identity) of “Jehovah” to it and you further claim that your heretical (idolatrous) Oath and Covenant were brought forth (revealed) by Israel’s God.
You 
invoke (cite; allege; refer to) the names of Israel and Jehovah in order to “knock the bottom out of” the revelation of Jehovah’s truth and “pull the rug out from under” (undermine) the emergence of righteousness exemplified by Jehovah by doing away with popular support for (belief in) it, ahead of time (in advance).

(if truth be told; as a matter of fact), you call (title; name) yourselves devotees of “The Holy City” (Jerusalem) and claim to rely on the name (authority; reputation; fame) of the “Lord of Hosts”.

3. Behold, the former things, coming from “of-old” (Old Testament era) came from my mouth, but my authority (power and right to give orders) caused them to happen (occur; come to pass).
Now 
(today; nowadays; in the last days) , I (Jehovah) am proclaiming them straightway (directly; through Isaiah).
“Former things” (Old Testament revelations) have always pointed (directed everyone’s attention) to the arrival of this (our) generation of Israel’s people who are commissioned to report (announce; describe) something remarkable (extraordinary; unusual) by pointing it out.

I (Jehovah) have known all-along how stubborn you (religionists; apostates; dogmatists) can be. The sinews (force; strength) of your neck (attachment to church heads) have always been ironlike (“immovable”; rigid; hardline; inflexible; intransigent; “set in stone”).
Your forehead (brow; impudence; brazenness) is like (that of) brass (meaning hardened and tempered).

I told you (Israel’s people) these things long ago. Long before they would happen, I announced them to you, so that you couldn’t say (declare; boast)……
“The idolatrous-image that I fabricated by own hands (power and ingenuity) produced these things”…….
……….My graven (impressive; indelible) image (public-persona), my image (identity; appearance) has cast (projected) ordained (officially-decreed) them”.

Consider (ponder; think about ), for a moment, the meaning of the word “Authority“ (lawful control over the affairs of people; lawful-jurisdiction; dominion; reign; sovereignty) Contemplate with pleasure, for just a few moments more, what consummate (divine; faultless; ultimate; supreme; exemplary; perfect) authority must be like!
Then….. can you (anyone) “really” refuse to acknowledge (accept; confess; admit; concede) this tiding (“message in a bottle”; 
declaration; annunciation; announcement) telling you what you need to know about God’s Authority encapsulated in “New-Things” to warn Israel’s people who are living in this time (era; day and age; generation).
From now on I (Jehovah) will tell you of “New-Things” (“new developments”) which have been hidden (kept) from you.

7. They are things pertaining to this (our) day, about which you (Israel’s people) have no knowledge (are unaware; are unsuspecting), but they should make you nervous.
Before now, you (Israel’s people) have known nothing about these things. You haven’t heard about them 
before today……. so, …….you cannot say, “I already knew those things!” No…you didn’t…… You’ve neither heard about them nor understood them.
“From Old” (from the very beginning; from the very start; from the earliest days) your (Israel’s people’s) ears (capacity to weigh things; critical thinking skills; ability to measure the weight things) have been plugged, in fact, I (Jehovah) well-know how treacherous you (Israel’s people) are capable of being.
After all………on the day of your mortal birth, your parents (Isaac and Rebeccah) named you Jacob (“defrauder”).

(from the very beginning; from the very start; from the earliest days) your (Israel’s people’s) ears (capacity to weigh things; critical thinking skills; ability to measure the weight things) have been stopped-up (plugged).

the sake of my name (authority; character; honor), I (Jehovah) am deferring (postponing; putting-off) the urgency (importance requiring swift action) of my wrath toward you (Israel’s people) as well as your (Israel’s) praise (laudation) of me……
………because I don’t want to cut you (Israel’s people) off!

have been refining you, like silver, though not exactly the same way that it is refined.
I have been testing you (proving-you; putting you to the test; you; confirming-you) in a furnace of affliction (suffering; distress; pain; trouble misery).

again, I (Jehovah) have to do this.
Alas (too bad…so sad)…..I ( Jehovah) know that sometimes it “sucks” to qualify (become ready; become prepared) for a particular privilege by fulfilling necessary-conditions in order to merit that privilege (right; special-advantage).
Your leaders are promising something to you without requiring the qualifications that I (Jehovah) have established. They want you to believe that thru obedience to the tenets (doctrines; beliefs) of their “Global Religious Institution”, you can really get “Something for Nothing” (“a free ride”; “what you want without giving anything in return”). They traffic (peddle; market; bootleg; trade; make a deal with you) for my glory in a “Willy Nilly” (haphazard; careless) contract (spoken arrangement; covenant; spoken agreement) to any man who “has a pulse”. 
But, I (Jehovah) will never yield (give-up; abdicate; surrender) my glory (importance; honor; majesty) to another, especially to men who are looking (anxious; seeking) to bypass (avoid) God’s rigorous moral-qualification.

My “right” (legally-entitled; privileged) “hand” (minister) nurses (suckles; ministers-to) “The- Heavens” (individuals with whom God and His Holy Spirit feel perfectly “At-Home”).
I (Jehovah), personally (in-person; directly individually) call (speak) unto them.
Then, they minister to each other, all by themselves (needing no assistance; without help).
Finally, they unite (join; intertwine; affiliate; gather; unify; band) themselves together on there own (unaided).

14. “Hey”…..all of you (“The Heavens”; individuals with whom God and His Holy Spirit feel perfectly “At-Home”)….. gather yourselves together and listen (give heed; pay attention; render obedience).
Who 
(which obscure individual) in the midst of “The Heavens” is pointing (directing everyone attention) to the yoking (bringing into servitude) of Israel’s overthrown (subjugated; outwitted) people in order to accustom them (get them used to) cooperating (working-together) in the fulfillment of Global Religious Institution’s purposes (will; objectives).
To put it another way….
…..Global Religious Institutions are, in fact, “execrating” (expressing great loathing for) Jehovah (Israel’s God) in their quest to exalt (idolize; venerate; glorify; “put on a pedestal”) their corrupt dynasty (succession of hereditary rulers).
The clergy of these institutions are forever preoccupied with carrying out (execute; fulfill) the corporate purposes of “The Church”, which are always in support of (in the interests of) Babylon (bewilderment; confusion especially as to one’s own identity) and its fruit (consequences; reward; results)……namely (that is to say; you guessed it!)
“Magicians” (necromancers; enchanters; warlocks; wizards; sorcerers).

15. Vessel 
(“false prophet into whom the spirit of treachery is infused”) after vessel “(false-prophet into whom the spirit of betrayal is infused”) plot against me (Jehovah), yea, to proclaim their own authority over this (our) generation of Israel’s seed (posterity; scions; descendants of Israel’s aristocratic and influential family).
They are leading (supervising; overseeing) a well-organized (coordinated; bringing different parts of a complex organization into an alliance that will ensure efficiency) coup d”etat (illegal seizure of power) against Israel’s seed (posterity; descendants; offspring) and then, they have the gall (impudence; effrontery) to point (direct everyone’s attention) to the success (triumph; victory) of their Religion (“mode of worshipping God”).

16. Draw near unto me (Jehovah) and listen to this (what I’m about to tell you).
My 
(Jehovah’s) oracles (prophecies; divine-communications; revelations) do not originate (spring) from leaders who have hidden (secret) sins (transgressions) and are taking full advantage of a “golden” (exceptionally valuable; fine) opportunity (a set of circumstances that makes it possible) to show themselves as authorities (officialdom; the people in charge) while each one points (directs everyone’s attention) to his own name (authority; dominion).

17. Thus 
saith The Lord (“The-self-existent One”; “The Eternal One”), who, by the way, is your (Israel’s people’s) Go’el * (redeemer; “Next of Kin”; avenger; deliverer; one who is entitled to buy back a relative’s property; Hebrew “ga’al” pronounced-“gaw-al”), the “Holy One” (Angel; Saint) of Israel, who is directing you in the way you should go.
* Ga’al-“Next of kin”, and, hence, redeemer. Owing to the solidarity of the family and the clan in ancient Israel, any duty which a man could not perform by himself had to be taken up by his next of kin. Any rights possessed by a man that lapsed through his inability to perform the duties attached to such rights could be and should be resumed by the next of kin. This applied especially to parcels of land which any Israelite found it necessary to sell. This his go’el, or kinsman, had to redeem (Lev. xxv. 25). From the leading case of Jeremiah’s purchase of his cousin Hananeel’s property in Anathoth (Jer. 32:8-12) it would appear that in later Israel at any rate this injunction was taken to mean that a kinsman had the right of preemption. Similarly, in the Book of Ruth, the next of kin was called upon to purchase a parcel of land formerly belonging to Elimelech (Ruth iv. 3). It would appear from the same example that another duty of the go’el was to raise offspring for his kinsman if he happened to die without any (ib. 5). This would seem to be an extension of the principle of the Levite Marriage; hence the procedure of “ḥaliẓah” was gone through in the case of Naomi’s go’el, just as if he had been her brother-in-law. The relative nearness of kin is not definitely determined in the Old Testament. The brother appears to be the nearest of all, after whom comes the uncle or uncle’s son (Lev. 25:49). Another duty of the go’el was to redeem his kinsman from slavery if sold to a stranger or sojourner (Lev. 25:47-55). In both cases much depended upon the nearness or remoteness of the year of jubilee, which would automatically release either the land or the person of the kinsman from subjection to another.
As the go’el had his duties, so he had his privileges and compensation. If an injured man had claim to damages and died before they were paid to him, his go’el would have the right to them (Lev. v. 21-26 [A. V. vi. 1-7]). The whole conception of the go’el was based on the solidarity of the interests of the tribe and the nation with those of the national God, and accordingly the notion of the go’el became spiritualized as applied to the relations between God and Israel. God was regarded as the go’el of Israel, and as having redeemed him from the bondage of Egypt (Ex. vi. 6, xv. 13). Especially in Deutero-Isaiah is this conception emphasized (Isa. xli. 14; xliii. 14; xliv. 6, 24, et passim).
Avenger of Blood.
However, the chief of the go’el’s duties toward his kinsman was that of avenging him if he should happen to be slain by someone outside the clan or tribe. This custom is found in all early or primitive civilizations Indeed, it is the only expedient by which any check could be put upon the tendency to do injury to strangers. Here again, the principle of solidarity was applied to the family of the murderer, and the death of one member of a family would generally result in a vendetta. It would appear that this custom was usual in early Israel, for the crimes of a man were visited upon his family (Josh. vii. 24; II Kings ix. 26); but at a very early stage, the Jewish code made an advance upon most Semitic codes, including that of Hammurabi, by distinguishing between homicide and murder (Ex. 21:13, 14). It was in order to determine whether a case of manslaughter was accidental or deliberate that the “Cities of Refuge” were instituted (Deut. 19; Num. 35). In a case where the elders of the city of refuge were satisfied that the homicide was intentional, the murderer was handed over to the blood-avenger (“go’el ha-dam”)to take vengeance on him. Even if it was decided that it was a case of unintentional homicide, the man who committed the deed had to keep within the bounds of the city of refuge till the death of the high priest, as the go’el could kill the homicide with impunity if he found him trespassing beyond the bounds (Num. 35:26, 27).

(only if; on the assumption that; supposing that; in the event that) you would “prick up your ears” (hearken; attend; give heed) to my command (law; precept; rule of behavior; guideline), then your life will be like a river (twinkling-flow) of peace (friendship; safety & welfare) unto you.
And your right (legal-privilege; entitlement) to authority would be tamed (trained; determined; subdued; controlled) by me (Jehovah).

Your descendants would be tamed (softened; calmed; made-tender; soothed) in order to change (turn-around; be transformed) and those who spring-up within “Global Religious Institutions” who’ve set their hearts on your (Israel’s) overthrow (defeat; collapse) would be subjugated (crushed; outnumbered; overpowered) by those who look to (trust; count-on;depend-on; “take at face value”) the authority of this (our) generation of Israel’s people.
They’d never be cut off (disowned; disinherited; cut out of God’s will; renounced) and their name (authority; jurisdiction; dominion) would never be laid waste (devastated; ruined; bankrupt; looted; desecrated) by removal from my purposes.

Come out from (leave; forsake; “say Goodbye to”; remove yourselves from) them (“Global Religious Institutions”; Mormonism; Catholicism; Islam and the like) because they all proceed out of “Babel” (Babylon; The Empire of Babylon; disorientation; confusion; “the removal of moral standards and worship customs which have guided a righteous people”).
Run away (flee; “get as far away as you can”) from their Chaldeans (magicians; sorcerers; wizards; “Masters of Black Magic”) with the “rattle” (loud voice) of a shepherd calling to sheep who are familiar with (know) his voice, “Behold their sinews!” (“source of strength”; demonic source of strength).
“Hey” (behold; look; observe )….they (“Global Religious Institutions”) are declaring (promoting; advocating; campaigning for) this (“a great evil”)….. trumpeting-it (promoting-it; promulgating-it) until (in expectation of) the “end” (destruction; extermination; ruin) of the Earth.
Declare to (tell) them, “Jehovah has bought back of His servant, Jacob!”

(Jacob’s people) didn’t thirst in the desert in which He (Jehovah) pointed (directed) all of you (Israel’s people) to walk (wander)…..
From somewhere unknown, He (Jehovah) caused water to flow from rock (God, Israel’s refuge, and protection) for them …..Then, the Rock split (opened-up) and out gushed water for them.
