This degree of high-pressure forces the foundation of a man’s character (basic-nature), to become “disordered” (dysfunctional; messed-up; disorganized).
This process enables the blacksmith (craftsman) to smelt (draw-out;) the basest (lowest; most-corrupt; most vulgar; most vile) metal (from Greek μέταλλον métallon – meaning “essence”; intrinsic-nature) hidden deep within his soul.
When sufficiently polished, that corrupt (vulgar; vile) “essence” (intrinsic nature; indispensable quality of someone that determines his character) appears to give off (have; radiate) a shiny luster (sheen or soft glow).
The “Smelting” process is followed by a continual-“hammering” (driving; pressuring; pushing; urging; riding herd on) the neophyte (newcomer) until he is flattened (reduced to extreme submission; ready to conform to authority; meekly-obedient; passive) but by that time, he’s also become callous (hardened; unresponsive) to his own emotions, the emotions of others, and largely bereft (dispossessed; divested; robbed) of a conscience (“inner-feeling or voice acting as a guide to the rightness or wrongness of their behavior”).

Then, he marks-out (circumscribes; restricts; defines the nature, scope, or meaning of) the new apostle with compasses (limits; perimeters; boundaries).
Finally, he shapes (forms; sculps; molds) his new creation into the embodiment (manifestation; personification; representation; incarnation) of an-ideal (a classic; a consummate; a perfect) looking Mormon General-Authority…… a high-priest “in all his glory”…… so that he’s certain (sure; guaranteed) to be enshrined (“put on a pedestal”; revered; idolized; hallowed; venerated) by congregations of Mormon worshippers throughout the world.

They (Salt Lake’s religious authorities) cut-down Israel’s trees (families; lineages; bloodlines; dynasties; lines of hereditary rulers) to further themselves and their illustrious-church-careers.
Occasionally, they let (allow; permit) an Israelite tree, to grow, e.g. (for instance) a Cypress-tree (associated with mourning because they fail to regenerate when they are cut back too severely; in the modern era the Cypress tree remains the principal cemetery tree in both the Muslim world and Europe) and Oak trees (One of the most beloved species of trees in the world and with good reason. Oak trees (symbols of strength, morale, resistance, and knowledge are considered to be cosmic storehouses of wisdom embodied in their towering strength) are sometimes found growing (developing) among the trees (families; lineages; bloodlines; dynasties lines of hereditary rulers) in Salt Lake’s forest (plantation).

Salt Lake’s presiding authorities aggressively promote (encourage; further) and exemplify (serve as an example for) this kind of unworthy (unpraiseworthy; undeserving) Melchizedek priesthood advancement (promotion in rank or status) as a means to bifurcate (split; divide; disunite) Israel’s people and ultimately consume (unlawfully-appropriate; absorb; gobble-up) the authority (dominion; jurisdiction) of Israel’s House (family; lineage; bloodline; dynasty; succession of hereditary rulers), altogether (en-masse; as a whole).

They’ve sought to nullify (outweigh; surpass; eclipse; dominate) His (Jehovah’s) authority over every pesky (annoying; bothersome; trouble-making) “glowing-ember” (“live coal”; firebrand; trouble-maker; agitator; rabble-rouser; malcontent) who is passionate about Isaiah’s cause (written account; indictment; chronicle; narrative) and because of a deep commitment, one is prepared to defend and advocate it.
Such live-coals are Israel’s noble (royal; extraordinary; excellent; marvelous) descendants (scions; cuttings; shoots or twigs) who’ve been cut and prepared for grafting (inserting; joining; connecting) into Judah’s mother-tree (“materfamilia”) because they’ve all sprung (originated; arisen) from an-ancient (very old; wise and experienced; venerable) Israelite stock (family;

I (Jehovah) am the one who says (declares; brings to light) concerning Jerusalem (“Israel’s Ultimate Teacher of Peace and Salvation”), “Jerusalem reigns in the “Justice-seat” in behalf of (to benefit; to help; to enhance) the authority of Judah (“praise and thanksgiving unto Jehovah”), which has been almost completely overthrown (destroyed; defeated; overturned). It (“the authority, name, dominion, jurisdiction of Judah”) shall be restored.

27. I (Jehovah) command the “watery-deep” (“depths of the Sea”; mysterious-insights of Sorcery; profound-wickedness of Black Magic”) ….“Be dry!” and my words , alone, cause your streams (continuous flows) of witchcraft (Black-Arts; wizardry) to dry-up (evaporate; vanish).
I (Jehovah) 
avouch (admit openly and bluntly; make no bones about; affirm; acknowledge as mine; corroborate) command; bring to light) the “spirit” (courage”; soul; attitude; character; enthusiasm; animation; boldness) of “Cyrus” * (Hebrew-“Kowresh”, pronounced- “Koresh”; meaning-“the Last-Time”; “the End-Time “the-Last-Days; “the-Final-Days”),…..
“Cyrus (“the spirit of the Last Days”; the spirit of the End-Times”) is (functions as; serves as) my shepherd and those who follow it will accomplish (carry-out) all (whatever; everything-that) I (Jehovah) please”.
Those who allow (permit; let) themselves to be guided by it (follow it) will declare of Jerusalem (“The Great Teacher of Peace and Salvation”), “Let it be restored to its original glory!”

* Cyrus-Cyrus the Great respected the customs and religions of the lands he conquered. This became a very successful model for centralized administration and establishing a government working to the advantage and profit of its subjects. In fact, the administration of the empire through satraps (provincial governors) and the vital principle of forming a government at Pasargadae were the works of Cyrus. What is sometimes referred to as the “Edict of Restoration” (actually two edicts) described in the Bible as being made by Cyrus the Great left a lasting legacy on the Jewish religion. According to Isaiah 45:1 in the Hebrew Bible, God anointed Cyrus for this task, even referring to him as a messiah (lit. “anointed one”) and he is the only non-Jewish figure in the Bible to be called so.
